About our centre

At Little Seeds Early Learning, every detail is designed with children in mind. Our 38-place centre in Caringbah offers a calm, nurturing environment where each child is known, valued and supported to thrive.Step outside and you’ll find two beautiful yards full of possibilities:

A dedicated infants’ space for quiet exploration, and a shared toddlers and preschool area with a vegetable garden, gardening facilities, two sandpits, safe water play, and plenty of shaded spots for sunny days. Here, children dig, plant, splash, and play—all guided by the RIE approach, which encourages independence, curiosity, and respectful, responsive care.

Indoors, state-of-the-art learning spaces invite creativity, collaboration, and discovery, with areas thoughtfully designed to support each child’s growth and sense of wonder. From exploring the natural world in our gardens to building confidence and friendships in play-based experiences, every corner of Little Seeds is created to inspire joy, connection, and lifelong learning.

About Danelle

I am a qualified Primary and Early Childhood Teacher with over 11 years of experience across a range of education and care settings. My career has included both teaching and leadership roles, where I have supported teams, guided practice, and overseen daily operations in both small and large services.

My approach is strongly influenced by my RIE Foundations training, which underpins a respectful, relationship-based way of working with children. I am committed to creating calm, responsive environments where children feel safe, capable, and supported to develop independence and a strong sense of self.

I am currently undertaking a Master of Education, including completing my thesis, which continues to strengthen my commitment to ongoing learning and evidence-based practice. I am passionate about creating inclusive, nurturing, and developmentally responsive environments that support each child’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth. I believe in fostering a genuine love of learning, while ensuring every child feels a strong sense of belonging.

Through reflective leadership and collaborative practice, I am committed to high-quality education and care. I am here to nurture, guide, and plant the seeds that support each child’s growth, as we watch our children thrive here at Little Seeds Early Learning Centre.
